• Discounts on our merchandise when you shop with us, advertise with us, host with us or use our design services .

• ANY new or added features we offer will be included at no charge. We are adding more each and every day.

Membership is free and includes 10 megabyte storage limits to store all the goodies you use and create, and the information you provide will be kept completely private.

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT:
By clicking Register below you agree to be bound by the following conditions.

I. These terms and conditions are in addition to that set forth in Hunt-N-Fish, LLC’s USER AGREEMENT. By registering to use any of our Forum pages, you certify (i) that you are above the age of 13 [if under 13, our guidelines and the FTC’s Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 prohibits your use of our Forum pages] and (ii) that you acknowledge and agree to follow and abide by all of the Hunt-N-Fish, LLC, website’s terms, conditions and agreements, as well as all applicable federal, state and municipal laws.

II. Any messages, documents, photographs or other data you submit or post to our Forum pages or other website areas become the sole and exclusive property of Hunt-N-Fish, LLC; and may or may not be displayed in the sole discretion of Hunt-N-Fish, LLC; and may otherwise be used or reproduced in any manner whatsoever deemed fit or suitable by Hunt-N-Fish, LLC. Please remember that all information disclosed in our Forum pages becomes publicly available; thus, you should exercise caution when deciding to share any of your personal information that you may wish to remain private.

Through your registration and use of our Forum pages, you agree to NOT post or submit any material, data, photographs, pictorials, comments or other submissions, which you knew or should have known was false, defamatory, slanderous, inaccurate, vulgar, abusive, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually orientated, threatening, intimidating, invasive of anyone’s privacy or otherwise violative of any federal, state or municipal law. Moreover, you agree to not post or submit any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned and held by you. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, posts and/or submissions to this website; and you expressly agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Hunt-N-Fish, LLC, and others from and against any claims, demands, or suits that arise from or relate to any of your activities in connection with your use of this website, as more fully set forth in the “Indemnity” section of the Hunt-N-Fish, LLC, website User Agreement.

IV. You acknowledge and understand that the IP address of all posts and submissions is recorded to aid in the enforcement of these terms and conditions. Further, you agree that while any data, materials, photographs or other information you have posted or submitted to this website may be permanently stored or archived in our database, neither Hunt-N-Fish, LLC, nor its members, managers, officers, directors, agents and moderators shall be liable to you for any actual or consequential damages that may result from to the criminal actions of hackers whereby personal or confidential data may be compromised. Hunt-N-Fish, LLC, reserves the right to reveal your identity and whatever information we know about you in the event of a complaint, claim, demand, suit or other legal action arising from or related to any of your activities in connection with this website.

V. You acknowledge and understand that any postings, submissions, or messages displayed in our Forum pages reflect and express the views and opinions of its author and NOT necessarily those of Hunt-N-Fish, LLC, or any person or entity associated with Hunt-N-Fish, LLC; hence, you agree that only the author is responsible for the contents of his/her views and opinions. Considering the real-time nature of our Forum pages, you further agree it is impossible for Hunt-N-Fish, LLC, to review all postings, submissions or messages prior to their display and concede that we are not responsible for their contents and do not vouch for and cannot possibly verify or confirm the validity or accuracy of same.

VI. You understand that while we do not actively monitor the contents of posted messages or submissions and thus, are not responsible for them, we nevertheless reserve the right to delete any message content, post or photograph at any time which we find unsuitable, all such discretion being within the sole and exclusive determination of Hunt-N-Fish, LLC. Any user or viewer who feels that a posted message or submission is objectionable, shall contact us immediately by e-mail at editor@huntnfish.com and therein, fully enunciate all problems or issues relating thereto. While we usually have the ability to remove objectionable messages and will make every effort to do so within a reasonable time frame - - - assuming, we determine that is necessary - - - you understand that this is a manual process and we may not be able to edit or delete particular posted messages or submissions immediately or within any given timeframe you desire.

VII. You agree not to post messages or submissions that directly advertise, or even indirectly appear to advertise, goods, services, products or businesses that do not have a preexisting agreement with Hunt-N-Fish, LLC, allowing their presence on our site. Moreover, you acknowledge that we may delete the entirety of any such posted message or submission wherein a commercial business or product or similar such name is placed as “User Name” or even within the text of a message.

VIII. Privacy Policy: You understand our Forum pages use cookies to store information on your local computer, which serves only to improve your viewing experience. Your e-mail address is used only for confirming your registration details and password (as well as for sending new passwords, if forgotten). Except as otherwise provided herein, Hunt-N-Fish, LLC, will hold all personally identifiable information about you in confidence and it will not be transferred, released or sold to anyone outside Hunt-N-Fish, LLC, its agents, successors or assigns.
